NCOA and CASS Certification

NCOA(National Change of Address) and CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) Certification: Use Gallery's processes to optimize 100% deliverability of your database.

  • The CASS process includes Address Standardization, ZIP Correction, ZIP+4 Appending, Carrier-Route Coding, Delivery Point Coding, Error Message Code, CASS Report and NDI Report. The ZIP+4 directory is updated on a monthly basis to provide the most accurate data available.
  • National Change of Address (NCOA)- provides mailers with new addresses for people that have moved in the last 48 months. This service is provided by a licensee of the United States Postal Service. NCOA provides CASS certified output, Address Standardization, Zip+4, Zip Correction, Carrier Route Coding. NCOA meets Move Update requirements, enabling mailers to qualify for postage discounts. Gallery, LLC provides Nixie Option at no additional charge.
  • Maximum address hygiene benefits are realized when NCOA is processed in conjunction with MaxCOA, LACS and DSF. An original or faxed NCOA-Acknowledgment Form must be received prior to NCOA processing. The Gallery, LLC NCOA process is performed by a non-exclusive licensee of the United States Postal Service.
