Data Processing
Our data processing department is equipped with technologically advanced software to ensure that your direct marketing efforts are accurately prepared. Data processing is the initial and most important aspect to the direct marketing process. We will not skim the surface in preparing your order. Therefore, we allow ample time for our specialists to presort and prepare all the necessary information. This ensures that your order will follow current postal regulations, and will also fulfill your request.
We have the capabilities to process your mail for any destination in the world. With the use of our P.A.V.E. (Presort Accuracy Validation and Evaluation) software, we can determine which postal category will best suit your mailing needs, i.e. - First Class, Standard, or International.
We also provide the options of Merging and Purging which allow for the removal and deletion of duplicates and invalid addresses. Another option, List Maintenance, is the ability to add, change, delete, sort, code and prepare custom reports.
Whether your mail falls into the category of automation or non-automation, wherever mail can go, Gallery, LLC will give you every option possible to ensure that your mail is sent quickly and efficiently to its destination.

Literature Fulfillment
From your generated leads or request, BRM (Business Reply Mail), phone calls, e-mail or faxes, your prospective customers will receive information about your company through Fulfillment. We process Fulfillment to your request by sending each request daily as they are generated or on a quantity basis to reduce your cost on postage. For example, to qualify for the Standard Class postage rates the mailing must contain a minimum of 200 pieces. We can arrange any schedule that suits your Fulfillment needs best.

List Acquisition
Preparation of your mailing list is just as important as any other part of the marketing process. Our account managers will gather all the information for you, if you need to purchase a list to initialize the mailing process. Whether it is a residential, consumer, business or specialty list, through our list brokers, we can specify your target recipients through age, income, residence, occupation or even by the number of individuals within a household. If your company requires information about businesses, there are many selections that can be made for your list - contact name, title, number of employees, sales volume, demographic location, and products/services offered.
If you have already acquired a list, the next question is, "How do we send you the information?" We accept lists in virtually all shapes and sizes; you can send them via e-mail, modem, 9-track tapes (1600 BPI), and disks. We request that your list be sent to Gallery, LLC in the following form: PC Compatible, ASCII (tab or comma delimited), or as a .DBF file. Please call or send us an e-mail for specifics on other available options.

Hand Packing
If your mail requires a little extra consideration, our manual production department can ensure that it receives extra care in packaging your product.

Addressing Application
You may be asking yourself, "Do I have any other font options than the boring everyday typeset that I see on everyday mail?" YES! We offer our customers a variety of inkjet fonts for address applications. We are versatile when it comes to address application. For machine-able options, we offer: Inkjetting, Cheshire Label and P S Label. Non-machine-able options include Laser Labels and Hand Addressing for your personalized mailing needs.

Poly Envelope Inserting
Gallery, LLC offers special added advantages. One example is poly envelope inserting. This could be a cosmetic as well as an essential part to completing your marketing campaign.

Lettershop Services
Quantity is no problem! We assure that you will get the same end result, whether you're mailing 1,000 pieces or 500,000 pieces. Our production department utilizes the most advanced equipment to complete your mailing quickly and efficiently. If your mail-piece isn't machine-able, we have a manual production department that can give your mailing special attention. Providing services in-house, Gallery, LLC can ensure that communication of your mail-piece from your account manager to the production line will be accurate and efficient. We offer sorting, bursting, folding, collating, tabbing, sealing, matching, inserting stations, delivery and pick-up services. We will meter, permit, imprint or affix live stamps to your mail piece. As a Direct Mail Specialist, we will give your mail piece all the individual attention it deserves.

Postal Expertise
Our employees attend USPS seminars involving new postal regulations in order to stay current with any changes or new policies administered by the Post Office. Our close relationship with the local post offices and the Manchester Business Center also enables us to maintain current and up to date with the rules and regulations described by the Domestic Mail Manual (DMM) and the International Mail Manual (IMM).

Design and Layout
Designing your mail piece is important. Therefore, we would like to be an element in your design stage. Our Customer Service Representatives will offer their assistance during your designing process. This will help ensure that your mail piece is designed according to the postal specifications required to meet USPS Automation standards.

Printing
We partner with many local print shops for two, four and six color processing. After meeting with your account manager to review your mail piece specifications, we will offer suggestions on printers that may best suit your needs based on your choice of quality and price.

Material Storage
Our 15,000 square foot, climate controlled, facility allows us to offer our customers storage facilities for their materials in-house. This allows our customers to have those materials readily available to use for mail production.
